When you send an inquiry, we collect the information you provide: your first and last name, business name, email, phone number, website, industry, city, state, the service you need help with, and your message. Optional fields can be left blank.

Please share only the information needed to discuss your business. Do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive customer records in the contact form.

How we use your information

We use inquiry details to understand your needs, respond to you, discuss a possible project, and keep track of our conversation. Submitting the form does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list.

We do not sell your personal information or share it with other businesses for their own marketing.

Services that support this website

Vercel hosts the website and processes web requests. Contact form submissions are sent through our server to Google Apps Script, which supports our Google Sheets inquiry tracker and email notifications. These providers process information as part of delivering those services.

Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver the website, diagnose problems, and protect their services.

Website analytics and preferences

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand website use through aggregated information, such as pages visited, referring websites, general location, and device or browser type. Vercel describes this analytics service as operating without third-party cookies and without tracking visitors across websites.

The website stores your light or dark appearance preference in your browser’s local storage. You can remove that preference by clearing this website’s stored data in your browser.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry information as needed to respond, manage related business discussions, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. The appropriate retention period depends on the purpose of the information and any resulting project.
