Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Basiflo website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Description of Service
Basiflo provides local lead generation services through owned and operated rank-and-rent websites. We route verified inbound calls from homeowners to contracted service businesses on an exclusive, market-specific basis.
Subscription & Billing
Services are billed monthly at the rate agreed upon at time of enrollment. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. Basiflo reserves the right to suspend service for accounts more than 7 days past due.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice sent to hello@basiflo.com. Service continues through the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.
Results Guarantee
Basiflo offers a 30-day results guarantee for new subscribers. If you do not receive any verified inbound calls within your first 30 days of service, your first month's fee will be refunded or credited. This guarantee applies to initial enrollment only and requires that your phone number be correctly configured and answered during business hours.
Exclusivity
Each active market is exclusive to one contractor per trade vertical. Basiflo reserves the right to determine market boundaries and trade categories. Exclusivity is maintained only for active, paid subscriptions.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations. You are responsible for complying with all licensing, insurance, and legal requirements in your jurisdiction.
Limitation of Liability
Basiflo's liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or our services is limited to the amounts paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Modifications
Basiflo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
